COVID-19 Processing and Shipping Policy

Please allow 15-20 business working days to process and ship your order.
We do not work Saturday and Sunday.
Do to a heavy workload, it may be impossible to process and ship your order within 5 days!  Please allow at least 2
weeks before your event to order.

ORDERING
You can order all pennants from our website.
You can order online or via phone. 860-214-4671
We accept PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, E-check, pay via phone.
E-Checks must be cleared before order processing is initiated.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders are welcomed. Please call to discuss your custom needs.
Once custom orders are verified, we can send you an invoice, or, you can pay via phone.
A confirmation for your order will be sent to you.

EXPEDITED ORDERS

f you would like your order expedited, or, need them sooner, please message me or call when you need them.
I WILL DO THE BEST TO ACCOMMODATE YOU.

SHIPPING
Orders under 16 ounces are usually shipped first class which take 3 to 5 days depending on tour location.
I can offer you 2 day shipping for $7 - $16.00 shipping, according to weight.

OVER 300 PCS MAY COST AS MUCH AS 20.00 SHIPPING. I will do my best to find the lowest shipping rate possible
per package weight. I will send an invoice with appropriate shipping charges.

If you order 10 packs/ 100 pennants, you receive 10% off your total price.
You must call to receive your discount.

RETURN POLICY.
Most of our orders are custom made.  We honor refunds on custom orders if there is an error in color, size, damages.

If you purchased clearance items, there is no returns for those items unless damaged or we shipped wrong item.

We honor the following for refunds.
Damaged items
Wrong Color
Wrong size
Item delivered late.

Sometimes we give exceptions. Please contact us if you need help with a return.
Due to the pandemic, please allow additional time for us to complete and ship your order.
We are processing back orders in the order they were received dating as far as March 12.
